Achievement No. 1 · The Fiscal Quarter of Great Thirst
Simba rejects a bribe. It was a photograph of a bribe.
A landmark act of integrity, briefly.

For eleven glorious minutes, the Office of Personal Development believed history had been made. A visitor slid a glossy image of a fat envelope across the Honourable's desk. Simba studied it, pushed it back, and declared: “I do not accept this.”
His chief accountant wept openly and drafted a press release titled First Recorded Rejection. A commemorative plaque was ordered. A choir was tentatively booked.
Then the Honourable clarified. “I do not accept photocopies. I am a man of originals. Also, the resolution is poor. I can see the JPEG compression on the denominations.” He issued the visitor a printed list of acceptable file formats: Cash, Cash (Laminated), and Cash (Large Print).
The plaque was quietly re-engraved to read “High Standards.”
The choir was paid in photographs.
